Boxer and promoter brought suit against organization which certifies and recognizes championship boxers in various weight divisions, seeking declaration that he was the undisputed light heavyweight champion. After a contract dispute emerged between the plaintiffs, promoter moved for leave to file a supplemental complaint against boxer, and for a preliminary injunction in aid of arbitration. Boxer moved to disqualify promoter’s counsel. The District Court, McKenna, J., held that disqualification of promoter’s counsel was not warranted. Motions denied.
